95 y 96 de la Ley Procesal Electoral para el Distrito Federal, se concluye que el juicio electoral es la vía idónea para que los aspirantes

impugnen los actos u omisiones dentro de un procedimiento de selección y/o contratación de auxiliares electorales, por ser el medio de

impugnación procedente para resolver las controversias contra actos, resoluciones u omisiones del Consejo General, sus comisiones y

órganos del Instituto Electoral del Distrito Federal que haga valer cualquier titular de derechos con interés jurídico, siempre y cuando lo
