I.- OBJETIVO Los presentes Lineamientos tienen por objeto establecer los requisitos que los contribuyentes deben cumplir, a efecto de que la Dirección General de Regularización Territorial expida la Constancia prevista en el artículo 275 Ter del Código Fiscal de la Ciudad de México, con la que acredite la inscripción a los Programas de la Dirección General para llevar a cabo la transmisión de propiedad a título de herencia.
